1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cash Flow Hoops or the Hoops.cash sponsorship portal (the “Services”), you agree to these
Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of the Services
Cash Flow Hoops is a digital cash flow tool that helps youth basketball programs track income and expenses.
The Hoops.cash portal provides sponsorship information and payment options that support access to Cash Flow Hoops.
3. Eligibility & Access
The Services are intended for program administrators, coaches, sponsors, and authorized representatives.
Programs may receive unique credentials or PINs. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials and PINs confidential;
- Ensuring only authorized users access your program’s data; and
- Notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access at FiatPalante@gmail.com.
4. User Data & Responsibility
All financial records, notes, and other content entered into Cash Flow Hoops are provided by you or your organization.
Hooporia Institute Inc. is not responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of user-provided data.
You agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or confidential third-party information that you are not authorized to share.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Services (including design, code, and related materials) are owned by Hooporia Institute Inc. All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Services without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful and intended purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to access another organization’s data without authorization;
- Introducing malware or other malicious code;
- Using the Services to conduct fraudulent or deceptive activities.
7. Availability & Changes
We strive to keep the Services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services for maintenance, security, or other reasons.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not
limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hooporia Institute Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including loss of data,
income, or goodwill.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user or program that violates these Terms or misuses the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable U.S. federal law,
without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. Aceptación de los Términos
Al acceder o utilizar Cash Flow Hoops o el portal de auspicio Hoops.cash (los “Servicios”),
usted acepta estos Términos de Uso y todas las leyes aplicables. Si no está de acuerdo, le pedimos que no utilice los Servicios.
2. Descripción de los Servicios
Cash Flow Hoops es una herramienta digital para registrar ingresos y gastos de programas de baloncesto juvenil.
El portal Hoops.cash presenta información de auspicio y opciones de pago que apoyan el acceso a Cash Flow Hoops.
3. Elegibilidad y Acceso
Los Servicios están dirigidos a administradores de programas, coaches, auspiciadores y representantes autorizados.
Los programas pueden recibir credenciales o PIN únicos. Usted es responsable de:
- Mantener sus credenciales y PIN en confidencialidad;
- Asegurar que solo personas autorizadas accedan a los datos de su programa; y
- Notificarnos de inmediato sobre accesos no autorizados a FiatPalante@gmail.com.
4. Datos de Usuario y Responsabilidad
Todos los registros financieros, notas y demás contenido que se ingresa en Cash Flow Hoops son responsabilidad suya o de su organización.
Hooporia Institute Inc. no es responsable de verificar la exactitud, totalidad o actualidad de los datos provistos por los usuarios.
Usted se compromete a no subir información ilegal, dañina o confidencial de terceros que no esté autorizado a compartir.
5. Propiedad Intelectual
Los Servicios (incluyendo diseño, código y materiales relacionados) son propiedad de Hooporia Institute Inc.
Todos los derechos están reservados. No se permite copiar, modificar, hacer ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir
partes de los Servicios sin permiso escrito.
6. Uso Aceptable
Usted se compromete a usar los Servicios solo para fines legales y previstos. Entre los usos prohibidos se incluyen:
- Intentar acceder a datos de otra organización sin autorización;
- Introducir malware u otro código malicioso;
- Utilizar los Servicios para actividades fraudulentas o engañosas.
7. Disponibilidad y Cambios
Nos esforzamos por mantener los Servicios confiables, pero no garantizamos que serán ininterrumpidos o libres de errores.
Podemos modificar, suspender o descontinuar cualquier parte de los Servicios por mantenimiento, seguridad u otros motivos.
8. Descargo de Responsabilidad
Los Servicios se ofrecen “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. No ofrecemos garantías, expresas o implícitas,
incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, garantías de comerciabilidad, adecuación para un propósito particular o no infracción.
9. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por ley, Hooporia Institute Inc. no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales,
consecuentes o especiales relacionados con el uso de los Servicios, incluyendo pérdida de datos, ingresos o reputación.
10. Terminación
Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso a los Servicios para cualquier usuario o programa que viole estos Términos
o haga un uso indebido de la plataforma.
11. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y la legislación federal aplicable de EE. UU.,
sin considerar principios de conflicto de leyes.
